Totally Shredded is the ultimate workout if you’re ready to crush it! It’s a high-energy, HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)class which combines  cardio and combat moves to get you sweating and seriously toned. You’ll blast through the exercises which are designed to challenge your muscles and boost your endurance. And the best part? It’s set to epic mixes of drum and bass, garage, jungle and club classic music, all pumped up with disco lights in the dark! It’s tough, it’s intense and it’s all about pushing yourself to the next level. But don’t worry if you’re not quite there yet. We offer modified moves for anyone who needs them, so you can still get in on the action at your own pace. If you want to shred fat, build strength and feel unstoppable, this class is where it’s at! 

Clubbercise®

Clubbercise® is a fun, high-energy dance fitness class that feels more like a night out than a workout! Set in a darkened room with disco lights and glow sticks, you’ll dance along to club anthems from the 90s, 00s and today while burning calories without even realising it.

 

No dance experience is needed – routines are easy to follow and designed for all fitness levels. You can go at your own pace, making it perfect whether you’re just starting out or looking for a workout that doesn’t feel like hard work.

 

Expect a feel-good atmosphere, uplifting music, and a full-body workout that boosts cardio fitness, coordination, and confidence. You’ll leave sweaty, smiling, and buzzing with energy.

Please note that due to licensing Laws,  NO liquids can be brought into the La Vida venue. Bring an EMPTY bottle and it will be filled for you when you arrive.
